The Flower Guild of St. Joseph Catholic Church--Gluckstadt, Mississippi was organized in the Summer of 2009. Previously, flowers had been arranged by church members from time to time, with occasional donated floral memorials, usually made by a local florist. Flower Guild members are volunteers who create floral arrangements to the Glory of God, which remind us of the wonder of the natural world He created. The Guild uses wildflowers and objects of nature whenever possible.

Various Spring flowers were used. For First Communion weekend, wheat was added to the arrangement, as well as to the font.

The first Easter in the new church building was decorated with traditional Easter lilies and pastel spring flowers and palms.
